It never came and she saved this item forever...in the end her family chose bury wearing this item. It just made me think.

Every day is special, we should value every day. I think if you work hard for the comforts of life ..enjoy them! Be practical and save for the future will never hurt. In my country, most people here are from the lower incomce class/poor bracket and they work to have food on their tables each day but still, they're 1 of the happiest people I've ever known.

Stop worrying too much. It will only give you wrinkles. Enjoy life and also save for the rainy days. My husband and I budget monthly (on a spreadsheet), and we take a certain amount and set it in two columns on that spreadsheet, one for "him" and one for "me". Whenever we spend some of our expense money whether it's new shoes for the kids or a coffee at Caribou Coffee/Starbucks, we track it. That way, we're keeping an eye on where the money is going but also know what to cut back on in the short term to afford treats like going out to dinner or something.

I will say one thing, though. Kids are EXPENSIVE! Yikes! My boys are 12 and 15 and they are growing like weeds. The older one has grown about 6-7 inches this year alone, and this year his shoe size has gone up by 3 sizes! (My wallet is crying)

In the long term, as long as you're keeping track of your money and trying to put away what you can, you'll be fine.

I think you should go call for some pizza and spend some time with your hubby. :) Too much computer time today? LOL

Melisa
rememberruby.blogspot.comMelisa Wellshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14252498482861679154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19550528.post-48884136443273039412007-10-09T23:57:00.000+02:002007-10-09T23:57:00.000+02:00I agree with your hubby. It really isn't that hard for me to live without the little luxuries.. Although I could KILL for a pedicure about now... but yeah. It's all about moderation- as with everything in life it seems... Sure, we should build up some savings, but at the end we still should live our life. So, donĀ“t be afraid, also next year we will be able to afford the vanitiy fair-subscribtion. As long as we are together we can stand every storm, no matter where the wind is dragging us. As long as i can order a pizza over the phone and you are on my side, i am not afraid.

Still waiting for the tousand kisses...

Your hubbyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
