It was snowing. Can you f***ing believe it?

So we've only been in the country for a day and already it has been snowing. Yeah I know. The UK is totally known for the vast amounts of snow it gets every year.

NOT.

WTF? When we got into the office in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by how sunny it was. When we left the office it was snowing huge snowflakes. The team went out for some great spicy curries and boy did we need them because when we left the restaurant the town was painted white and it was still snowing and m*********ing cold. We headed towards the next pub where I had a go at some Cider with pear flavor. Can you say W E I R D? That was truly an abomination.

Tonight I am actually contemplating some sleep. I feel like I haven't slept in ages which is probably true. Seems I forgot that all walls in buildings across the British Isles seem to be made out of paper. You can hear your neighbor loud and clear and believe me some things you do not want to know about random strangers that just so happen to share the same humble abode. OMG!

Well not only am I forced to listen to people bumping uglies. You should see the bathrooms in this place. Now I understand that space is scarce in London but the rooms aren't too small they could totally have fitted in a proper bathroom. The thing looks like a gigantic egg and you're lucky that you won't have to shower over your toilet. I took a picture with my cell phone and tried to upload the picture directly to my blog but it doesn't work. Stupid network provider. Roaming is not rocket science you know? But this is a rant for another day. Anywho I will upload it when I am back home on the weekend.

Trips away can be fun, but there's no place like home, is there?

I was very lucky with my hotel room in London last week, except for the fact that there were no drawers to put clothes in, which I think was a first.

Weather wise it didn't snow. I did get completely soaked through one day, though.

Still, it sounds like you're doing okay food-wise...

I've been there with the neighbors doing the nasty. So much more information than you needed, huh?
