It seems we had the last great weekend weather wise. It looks very autumy here and it was warm enough to walk around without a sweater or jacket. So we took the chance to take our visitors into a real beergarden Bavarian style. The weather was nice and the people came out in droves and we had to queue to get a beer. It almost felt like summer. Except we were almost killed by chestnuts that literally crashed down from the branches of the trees we were seated under and onto our table. It's a miracle that not more Bavarians are hurt or killed by natures spikey high velocity projectiles in beergardens.
What will you be missing now that the dark times are approaching?

They should do something about those chestnuts, they could do real damage - imagine one dropped into your beer...
