After finishing this pile of books in early May
I was happy to receive fresh supplies yesterday.
I must say that from the May pile I especially loved Hummeldumm, a truly hilarious book by German author Tommy Jaud, which I have read in less than two days and Mil Millington’s “Things My Girlfriend and I Have Argued About.” What a laugh. Both books were hilarious and just the right thing and “pick-me-up” during the dreary, rainy May.
In June I am particularly looking forward to “Du sollst nicht lügen” in which the author has given up lying for lent. Also cannot wait for Jen Lancaster’s “Pretty in Plaid”. Her books are very entertaining. I hear great things about “The Emperor’s Children” so let’s hope it doesn’t disappoint.
What are you reading at the moment?
