Who needs Valentine’s Day {#Project 365–Day 46}

when you have a husband that gives you flowers on any given day throughout the year…

We both don’t really care about Valentine’s Day because we feel that we do not need a special day to express our love (isn’t that what anniversaries are for? Mwahaha) Seriously though, we do celebrate our love with little surprises for each other throughout the year. The hubby for example, knows that I just LOVE tulips so when he came home from doing the grocery shopping today (that in itself is THE most awesome gift he can give me- doing the grocery shopping) he brought home not one but three bouquets of tulips. Two of those I bundled into one and they now decorate our coffee table.

I cannot stop staring at them. With all that snow and the icy temperatures they are a beautiful and much needed speck of color.

I agree if you get stuff all year long. But I still like to do something little in valentines day.
We aren't big into flowers ( only a couple times a year). We really try and be creative in our gift giving so this year the sportsman did give me something I really love . A big bottle of powder protein.
He knows I hate sweets. So I think he's the guy to keep ;)

I know how you feel about grocery shopping. :)

Jim and I are the same way. Sometimes we do gifts on Valentine's Day and sometimes we don't, but it's not really a special day around here because we do nice things for each other all the time...

The flowers are gorgeous! The red and yellow combination is stunning.
