Christmas here I come

Today is my last day in work and even though I like my job, heck I even love it, I am glad that I will only be back next Thursday. The reason being that I need some rest and that I haven't been sleeping very well lately.

This morning I woke up at 3a.m. 4 a.m. 5 a.m. and 6a.m. and am now really exhausted. There are so many things on my mind that I was short of losing the same but I will write more about it later on. With a real strong coffee from the coffee shop that we luckily have in our building and the beautiful day we have today, the world is looking entirely different. The past few weeks have been truly disgusting. It was cold, it was wet, it was grey and we haven't seen the sun in about three weeks. This morning we woke up and everything was glazed in frost. It looked absolutely beautiful. The sun came out and with temperatures well below zero or (20° Farenheit) it is quite chilly.

Maybe we're going to have a white Christmas after all. I sure hope so. Anyway can't wait for Christmas and to be with our families. I will post some more later on and will most likely also post some pictures.

I'm often awake with stuff running through my head at those hours as well. I find it helps to keep a pen and paper by the bed and quickly write stuff down. Usually I can go right back to sleep because I stop worrying that I'm going to forget it.

Have a very Merry Christmas! Can't wait to see the photos.
