Good to know I am not alone

Thank you everyone for helping me to put things back into perspective. In knowing that I am not alone I felt better immediately and suppose there’s those of us who worry and those of us who don’t. In the end it is all balanced out again. So I will make a second resolution for this year and trying to see things in a more positive light. Also I will try not to be too disappointed if I can’t do a 180 and change completely or would that be a 360? Nah because then I would end up where I started from.

For all among you that tend to have a more pessimistic outlook and who seem to be stuck in the January funk, look what I found today in Metro’s online edition. We really are not alone.

A 10 year old Mexican boy has glued his hand to his bed to avoid going to school after Christmas break. He refused to go to school because the Christmas holidays were just too much fun.

On a brighter note…the sun has been coming out and we have a truly beautiful day in what seems like a decade of darkness. So bring on the Sunshine. How do people in Scandinavia cope with living in the dark for almost half a year? I would so move somewhere South.

Yeah, I like that! I hereby resolve to be more positive this year. Ah heck! Who am I fooling? That will NEVER work!

Whoa! I sure am glad the pressure off trying to keep resolution is off me now!

Glad that you feel better. The sun always cheers me up. We don't have much of it lately though.

I wonder if that glue trick works to avoid going to work? It's worth a try.

Isn't it great to have such great support in the blog community? I have missed reading everyone's blogs. Even when I read a little my eyes are so tired by the time I comment. I am sick of being sick and can not wait to get back to reading everyone's blog on a daily basis.

I flip flop back and forth between glass half empty and glass half full which can be annoying as well.

Keep your head up Girl!
