When you lack the money but not ideas

What do you do when you are an up and coming band and you have no money to make a music video? You use the resources already there.

You set up your band's equipment in front of CCTV cameras across town and let them do the work. Then you go and request that footage under the Freedom Of Information act and sure enough you got yourself your very own music video.

The coolest part is when they are being filmed in the back of a bus. Great stuff.

Like my grandma always said "If you can't afford something you have got to be resourceful" and this Manchester band sure was, you gotta give them props.

The band is called The Get Out Clause. Here's the infamous CCTV clip and I think they're not half bad. What do you think?

Also you can find an entire article on them HERE

They're not bad! Great idea: they really had their thinking caps on when they came up with this!

Where do you find this stuff? You should really start a magazine or a pop culture blog/website.
