The road to hell is paved with gear

Mags Toosdae?’s post reminded me of a website I found the other day. Mags asked If I walked into your bedroom right now-without you being able to tidy up-what would I see on the floor? Well apart from the fact that she would find our airconditioner, a few strewn socks, a bottle of water, my camera bag (cuz you never know when you might need a camera while you’re sleeping) and I suppose some dust mice. That’s really about it.

Well there’s an entire website called Pavementgear.com – Authentic Roadside Attire, that is devoted to pictures of clothing found by the road. You’d be amazed of the things that were found.

Haven't you always wondered just how that single shoe or that shirt ended up by the side of the road? Go check it out and let me know if you have ever come across some strange find on the roads.

I just saw a single womans dress shoe the other day and wondered how anyone could lose a shoe going to work...

Melissa Yeah she probably got into work and three hours into it she probably went "Well would you look at that? Where's my shoe? I hadn't noticed it was gone AT ALL"

I'm thinking about the money I've wasted buying clothes, when I could have found an entire outfit on the road...

Here's something similar:

Thanks for the linky love dude! I DO often wonder why there are random pieces of clothing all over...when I see a shoe though, it makes me sad. I always picture someone in a car accident laying on the road and leaving it behind.

It is definitely nuts the things you find on the side of the road...

Brian You got a good point there. The "good things in life are free". LOL

Mags Welcome :). I never looked at it that way. You're right. Though I doubt with that much stuff laying around all things had somehow to do with an accident

Steph Absolutely.

Michelle Yeah you could easily contribute to that website with your mad photography skills.

Nice new layout. I've been thinking of revamping mine.

I assume a lot of articles left on the side of the road are a result of being caught getting down in your car by the cops.
